Rental Fees
At MD IMMOBILIER, rental fees are based on the monthly rent. They break down as follows
1 month's rent (including utilities) + 10% administration fee, payable by the tenant.
Rental fees are paid when the lease contract is signed, at the same time as any sums due to the landlord (deposit, rent, door deposit, etc.), before the inventory of fixtures and handover of the keys.

Sale fees
At MD IMMOBILIER, fees for the sale of a property are based on a percentage of the final sale price. This percentage varies between 5% and 7%, depending on the value of the property:
- Sale price ≤ 150,000,000 FCFA = 7%.
- Sales price ≥ 150,000,000 FCFA = 5%.
Sales fees are paid when the deed of sale is signed at the notary's office. They are deducted from the sale price, or paid separately according to the terms of the contract with MD IMMOBILIER.

Services covered by the rental/sale fees include :
- Appraisal and rent estimate: MD IMMOBILIER appraises the value of your property.
- Advertising and marketing: We promote your property through our various communication channels to attract potential tenants and buyers.
- Organizing visits: MD IMMOBILIER's teams take care of organizing and managing visits with interested tenants/buyers. Visits by MD IMMOBILIER are entirely free of charge.
- Tenant selection: We ensure the solvency of potential tenants, by compiling a complete file that we submit to the owner.
- Drafting of documents: In addition to drafting residential and professional leases, we also follow up on and verify notarized promises and deeds of sale.
- Inventory of fixtures: MD IMMOBILIER takes full charge of the inventory of fixtures, using modern digital tools.
- Administrative management & support through to signature: MD IMMOBILIER takes care of registering the lease contract with the tax authorities, and also assists you throughout the sales process right up to the signing of the deed of sale at the notary's office.
